Our milk and fitting stands set up and fold up with the insertion or removal of just one pin! NO BOLTS TO TIGHTEN! This design makes these platforms rock solid. The milk stand stanchions slip into the deck pockets with four points of anchor, this makes the stanchion as solid as it can be.
Unlike milk stands that have just one point of anchor from the stanchion to deck, our 4 point design will not twist, or bend out and in, which goats love to do while their being milked out. The milk and fitting stands lock together when FLAT! All welds are clean and smooth!

I personally have had bad experiences with stands milking on cold mornings or evenings and cut myself or my goat got cut on the stand. This makes it hard for you to milk and will make your ladies very skittish of getting into the stand. plus there is nothing worse than getting your show outfit getting caught up or snagged right before you show. Our iron works designed these stands with the fact in mid that most members of the goat show community are women and kids just learning. As I have lupus he watched many times the struggles that my daughters and I had in loading and unloading our equipment. So he designed a light weight very sturdy stand for us to use. Here it is--our fitting stand. Tired of lugging a big thing around? Tired of watching the young "I can do it myself" club members struggle? This is the one for you. This stand has a design similar to our milk stands--with a head piece designed to hold the head secure for shearing, tagging , tattoo etc. The height still adjusts up and down in increments for both large and small animals. It is still easily transported; folding down mostly flat (but not all the way due to the shape of the chin piece). A metal chain secures over the neck with a clip. Very easy to use and clean. You can easily get to all sides for clipping and foot care.
